We are seeking two extra persons interested in flying the aircraft, who love the Bonanza as much as we do!

No upfront "buy-in fees". No membership costs. No overhead expenses for clubhouses or frills.

Interested persons would remit a monthly fee for access. They would also be 1% partners in Belling LLC while their dues are active. ..why?.. By becoming an active, albeit minority, partner in Belling LLC, there is no confusion that a commercial lease operation is underway. In addition, our insurance also supports coverage for three additional partners in the aircraft. You will receive a Schedule K-1 by January 1, but will have no tax liability per our agreement with you, and because Belling LLC is not being operated for profit.

Your fee allows you access to aircraft for 8 days per month. Fly what you want. You pay for the gas. No worrying about Tach times or a Hobbs meter.

Maintenance and insurance are provided by Belling LLC. You'll have no separate bills to pay.

You are insured through Belling LLC . ..details.. via Falcon Insurance, the leading insurance provider for Beechcraft.

Need it for longer? This can be arranged.

Simple termination. Give 30 days notice, and you'll be reimbursed for one month of access fees for each full year in which you have been a partner. ..why?.. Our reimbursement to you constitutes the value of your partnership interest at termination, which will be relinquished when you receive your check.

Belling, while registered as an LLC, does not operate for-profit ..more.. nor does it engage in any form of commercial enterprise. It is an asset-holding company.

You're indemnified from any other aspects of Belling LLC operations ..like what ?.. You are shielded from liabilities NOT associated with your specific time in the aircraft or hangar, such as taxes, legal challenges, regular maintenance, or unexpected expenses, etc.

Ms. Campbell is adept at website and database development, Quickbooks, billing and accounting, having managed contracts both small and large, and engineering teams of over 100 personnel. She will maintain the financial and operational records, online scheduling tools, access controls, and contractual matters for Belling LLC.
